Flagler County man goes off on girlfriend with baseball bat

A Palm Coast man is charged with beating his girlfriend with a Baseball bat Christmas Eve morning at their home. The 38-year-old victim, whose name wasn?t released, sustained multiple injuries in the beating about 3:30 a.m. at their Brian Lane home. Suffering a possible broken nose and fractured hand, she was taken to Flagler Hospital, the Flagler County Sheriff?s Office said. Deputies charged her boyfriend, James Brannigan Jr., 39, with aggravated battery with a weapon, violating pre-trial release and a no-contact restraining order, according to Sheriff?s Office records. read more ...
